Terms of Service

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or misuse the Service
• Provide false information
• Are used by individuals under 18 years of age

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and unused Access will be forfeited without refund.

4.4 Data Retention Policy

To optimize database performance and manage storage costs, we automatically clean up old generation history:

• Non-winning generations: Deleted after 60 days
• Winning generations (2+ matches): Deleted after 120 days
• Automated system-generated numbers (for strategy tracking): Managed separately

We encourage users to export their generation history regularly using the "Export All" feature on the Account page if they wish to keep permanent records.

💡 Note: Free monthly Access and purchased Access do not expire while your account remains active.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Resell or redistribute our Service or generated numbers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free Access
• Share your account with others

6.2 Consequences of Violation

Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or termination
• Forfeiture of unused Access without refund
• Legal action if applicable
• Reporting to law enforcement if illegal activity is suspected

7.1 Our Property

The Service and its original content, features, algorithms, and functionality are owned by LottoNex and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Website design and layout
• Source code and software
• Number generation algorithms
• Logos, trademarks, and branding
• Text, graphics, and images

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

7.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any data you input (such as saved number combinations). By using our Service, you grant us a license to store and display this content within your account for the purpose of providing the Service.

7.4 Generated Numbers

Numbers generated by our Service are provided for your personal use. You may use them to play lottery games but may not:

• Sell or commercially exploit generated numbers
• Redistribute them as part of a competing service
• Claim any intellectual property rights over them

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@lottonex.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

16.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in California.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

16.4 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to systems.
